E-Mario Luxe Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging

- Original proof of purchase required

- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

- Sale/clearance items are final sale

 

2. Return Process

 

1. Initiate return by emailing returns@e-marioluxe.com (and copy info@e-marioluxe.com)

2. Include order number and reason for return

3. Receive Return Authorization (RA) number

4. Package item securely with RA number clearly marked

5. Ship to designated return center within 7 days of RA issuance

 

 

3. Refund Terms

3.1 Standard Refunds

- Full refund of item price minus shipping costs

- 20% processing and restocking fee applies to all returns

- Original shipping charges non-refundable

- Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt

 

3.2 Damaged/Defective Items

- Must report within 48 hours of delivery

- Photo documentation required

- Full refund including shipping if confirmed defective

- Replacement option available

- No restocking fee for defective items

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

- Custom-made furniture

- Clearance items

- Items marked "Final Sale"

- Used or assembled furniture

- Items without original packaging

- Gift cards

 

5. Warranty Coverage

 

- 2-year warranty on furniture craftsmanship

- 1-year warranty on mechanisms and hardware

- Warranty excludes:

 - Normal wear and tear

 - Damage from misuse

 - Unauthorized modifications

 - Environmental damage

 

6. Shipping Returns

 

- Customer responsible for return shipping costs

- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage

- Insurance recommended for high-value items

- Return shipping address: E-Mario Luxe Returns Designated Address on the Return Authorization
